Actual customer feedback:
"I read the book and I did stop for
a few weeks. The information is
good, but I had already seen most of
it before.
I am smoking again but reading this
book has made me want to quit more
than ever. I will probably give it
another read because I think I
really want to quit now."

"Eric's book
was what I needed to quit once and
for all. I have tried to quit in the
past without success. This time I
think it is different. I am 5 weeks
without a cigarette and standing
tall."

"I felt
like much of this information was
commonly available but it was
helpful to have it all in one place.
It was also helpful to hear of
Eric's personal experience and to
see I wasn't the only one struggling
so hard to quit. I haven't smoked
now in 3 months."

Overview:
The author spends a great deal of time telling
the reader about his personal battle with
smoking and how he gave up the cigarettes. He
attempts to teach you the line of thinking that
allowed him to succeed. But much of the material
seems to be more theory than actual proven
methods.
Summary:
The majority of our
consumer reports felt that this program spent to
much time telling them what they needed to do,
and not enough time telling them how to do it.
Most felt that much of the information was along
the lines of the more traditional type of
information that is available freely online.
